We take extreme pride in what we do. We are very passionate about resale. Every item that goes onto the floor of our boutiques or on our social media sites is heavily curated. We want to offer our customers the best of the best. Therefore, we may be pickier than some resale stores. This has worked for us, our customers and consignors have come to appreciate it.
While we specialize in Luxury items, we also LUV those quality, classic and contemporary items that can have an amazing second life. We do not accept fast fashion.

We have over 25 years experience in the retail sector primarily food and beverage, six years in finer consignment. We offer 2 bricks and mortar locations in Stratford and Exeter and very busy social media platforms where we offer our items for sale as well. Luv Scarlet is a premier destination to consign your luxury, designer and quality goods. Our attractive boutiques and our hands on ownership and trained team give us an amazing advantage in our field. Our marketing initiatives are thoughtful and skilled, our background and experience in business marketing is our gift. All of this combined with our sales skills is our advantage for a quick turn-over rate of goods.
Our knowledge of luxury brands and items is our forte. We are trained in product authentication and if we aren't sure, we have access to Entrupy, cutting edge technology in luxury goods authentication.

We luv our customers! We will go out of way to ensure you get the best service! That is definitely one of the advantages of consigning and shopping with us. We answer your questions at all hours of the day, sometimes even in the middle of the night if we can't sleep! Don't be afraid to reach out, we are here to assist.

You are always welcome to come into any shop to check your account or to contact us by email or our social media sites. We do not contact you. We reconcile sales MONTHLY, mid month for the PREVIOUS month. Check with us after the 15th of each month for the most updated amounts. You can get paid out at any time by coming into a store. We pay by business cheque or cash. We do not mail cheques or send EMT.
You make 40% on each item sold. We offer a better rate on some luxury items which is determined by us. Please inquire.
You have the option of turning your earnings into store credit which gives you 50% instead of 40%
NO! That is why we only take what we think we can sell. We only make exceptions to this rule with luxury pieces.
At the end of each season we are sometimes left with some items that did not sell in our sale. These items get donated to our Bargain Attic (see more info in rules of engagement) Any items that are found to be damaged after intake will also be donated the our Bargain Attic
We do everything by season. Spring/Summer items are collected starting in February. Those items start to go on sale in June, by August they are off the floor.
Fall/Winter items are collected starting in July. Those items start to go on sale in November, by March they are off the floor.
There are many transitional items that have a place in our store year round. For example jeans, jewelry, some purses,some accessories and active wear.

Please Direct Message us from either of those sites, we are very quick to respond. Items are on a first to pay policy. We do not hold items. You can pay by etransfer at firstname.lastname@example.org or we can take your credit card information over the phone.
The item you purchased can be picked up at either shop location, can be delivered to our drop off point in London or can be mailed for an additional cost. Please specify at time of purchase what your preferred method is.
We have a no return policy. If you purchased something that did not work for you, we are happy to reconsign it for you according to our consignment rules.
