No. We strictly run our business online through Instagram, and our website. We are very good at providing detailed descriptions, and photos...just ask!
We are a luxury resale/consignment business. Although the majority of our items have been lightly worn, we do (on occasion) receive unworn, or brand new items.

We try and schedule live shopping events on our Instagram every few weeks. Hosted by our very own Meghan & Emily, we choose a select number of bags and accessories, and give you amazing one night only deals!

No, our prices are non-negotiable. We heavily research fair market value for each item, and stand by our competitive pricing.
Because we are an online business, we want to have as much interaction with our clients as possible, which is why we choose not to post our prices. We also find that the majority of people have questions, and want more photos, which again, is a great opportunity to chat in detail.
We are also very quick to respond, so unless we are sleeping, you'll get a timely response from us!
Shipping & Returns

We offer free delivery to our serviced areas on orders $100+. Our delivery areas include: London, Stratford/St. Mary's, and Goderich/Grand Bend areas.
With the nature of our business, and managing multiple consigners, as well as varying prices, we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges.
If you would like to re-consign an item that did not work for you, we would be happy to sell it for you in accordance to our consignment rules.
Yes! We ship worldwide. Pricing varies on location, inquire within.
If you are located in one of our serviced areas, we offer delivery 2 days/week, and every two weeks for Goderich/Grand Bend. If you need your item shipped, you can expect your item to arrive (locations may vary) within 2-7 days.

Yes, we guarantee authenticity! We have been in business for over 12 years, and are skilled at authenticating items. We also use third party authenticators to ensure every item we sell is 100% authentic.
Because we are an online business, we unfortunately cannot offer in-person try ons/shopping.
We have successfully sold thousands of items to countless happy clients through our in depth videos, photos, and Instagram Live shows.
Our preferred payment is e-transfer. We also accept credit cards with an additional 2.5% charge.
You'll find the majority of new in/available items on our Instagram. If you are interested in more information, or would like to purchase something, please Direct Message (DM) us there.
Yes. We offer layaway on items $1000+. We require 30% down, and the balance paid within 60 days.
Yes--this is one of our specialties!

There is no fee for this service, however, we just ask that you are serious about purchasing the item.
With consignment, there are various consigners and differing pricing, which is why we do not offer trades.
Selling

It really depends on the item. Some pieces sell within a day, others can take a few months!
If you are hoping for a quick sale, you can lower the price of your item(s) at any time.
We reconcile sales on the 15th for the previous month. Example: If your item sold in September, your earnings will be available after October 15th.
Because we have hundreds of consigners, it is up to you (the consigner) to check in on your sales--we do not contact you! We only pay out via mailed cheques.
REMINDER: Please check in anytime AFTER the 15th. Sales information is not available on, or prior to the 15th.
We price our items based on current market value, the original retail price, and condition & inclusions of the item. Before we list an item for sale, we will advise you what we believe is a reasonable price based on our expertise.
We heavily research each piece to ensure fair pricing for both the consigner, and the buyer.
Absolutely! We have consigners from all over the world. If you have items you would like to consign with us, please Direct Message (DM) us on Instagram, or email info@luvscarlet.com.
We DO NOT offer buyouts, as we find it's generally not a good deal for the consigner. We only offer consignment, as you will make significantly more money.
Our motto is: "Everything sells, it just takes the right time and buyer!"
We require 90 days to sell your item. After that, you are more than welcome to retrieve your item if it has not sold.
