If you have ordered your item from one of our home-delivery locations, it will be delivered to you within 14 days from the order date.

If you have ordered outside our home delivery zones, you can expect your order to be mailed within 48 hours of order date and be delivered within 3-9 business day in Canada and 4-8 business days in the US.

We specialize in luxury handbags, and have an amazing network of people we work with to find resale luxury items in excellent condition. We will do our best to help you find what you're looking for!

If an item is not listed on our website you can Direct Message (DM) us on Instagram--we are very quick to respond. Items are on a first to pay policy. We do not hold items. We accept payment via e-transfer at info@luvscarlet.com

We are currently offering porch delivery for our Exeter and area, Stratford, St. Mary's and London clients on purchases $50+. We can also mail items for an additional cost. Please specify at time of purchase what your preferred method is.  Please be patient with us as we sometimes have to navigate weather.

We have a no return policy.  If you purchased something that did not work for you, we are happy to reconsign it for you, according to our consignment rules.
